1. Palm peeling is seasonal and may heal on its own. Generally, no special treatment is needed. It is recommended to apply vitamin C injection to the affected area twice a day for a course of three days. It has a good effect on the recovery of skin lesions. Method: Wash your hands first, wait for them to dry slightly, pour vitamin C injection into your palms, then rub the liquid evenly with both palms, and wash it off when it turns white after drying. Twice a day, two milliliters each time. Usually, you should try to avoid contact with alkaline things such as laundry detergent and soap.

2. Lack of vitamins. It is recommended that you eat more vegetables and fruits, drink more water, and avoid spicy and irritating foods.

It is the wrinkling, whitening and peeling that we see on a macro scale. If it is very serious, it means that the Qi and blood are deficient and the blood is turbid. The reasons are: eating less green vegetables and water, eating only acidic foods, and not eating the following foods: oil-pressed, pickled foods, cola, hamburgers, milk, sugar, nuts, beans, and meat. Drink 3 liters of water a day, eat more green vegetables, and you can eat rice and coarse grains.

Vitamin A deficiency:

Deficiency of Vitamin B1:

Vitamin B2 deficiency:

Vitamin B6 Deficiency:

Vitamin B12 deficiency;

Loss of appetite, poor memory, lack of concentration, thinning and yellow hair, pale skin, should eat more animal liver, yeast, etc.

Vitamin C deficiency:

If you have swollen and painful gums, dry mouth and tongue, easy to catch a cold, wounds that are difficult to heal, and bleeding gums, you should eat more vegetables and fruits such as radishes, tomatoes, oranges, and hawthorns.

Vitamin D Deficiency:

Excessive sweating on the head, children are prone to rickets, and adults have osteomalacia and osteoporosis. They should take cod liver oil and get more sun to supplement vitamin D.

Vitamin E deficiency:

People who suffer from weakness in the limbs, sweating easily, dry skin, split hair, mental stress and dysmenorrhea should eat more green leafy vegetables and vegetable oils.

Vitamin K deficiency:

Those who have difficulty in stopping bleeding or blood clotting should eat more vegetables, fish, etc.
