Taboos about cod

2. Cod in milk sauce

Ingredients : 200 grams of cod, 30 grams of onion, 40 grams of potato, 30 grams of carrot, 10 grams of shallot, 2/3 cup of water, 1 cup of skim milk, a little salt, a little pepper, a little flour, 2 teaspoons of butter.

Method : Cut cod into pieces and dip it in a little flour; slice onion; cut potatoes and carrots into pieces; chop shallots. After the butter is melted in a wok, add the shallots and stir-fry until fragrant. Then add onions, potatoes, and carrots and stir-fry briefly. After lightly frying the cod fillet, add in step 2, skimmed milk and water and cook over low heat for 10 minutes. Add salt and pepper.
