Blisters appearing at the base of the thighs may be considered as eczema. Because the weather is relatively hot now, people wear tight pants for a long time. The airtight environment will cause some allergic reactions at the base of the thighs. Do not puncture blisters like this. You can also wear looser clothes recently to keep heat dissipated. Try not to sit for a long time to avoid sweating and blister infection. In this case, eczema may be considered. Eczema is a common inflammatory skin disease of the epidermis and superficial dermis caused by a variety of internal and external factors. It is generally believed to be related to allergic reactions. Its clinical manifestations are characterized by symmetry, exudativeness, pruritus, polymorphism and recurrence. It is also an allergic inflammatory skin disease characterized by diverse rashes, symmetrical distribution, recurrent severe itching, and easy development into a chronic disease. It can occur at any age, in any part of the body, and in any season, but it often recurs or worsens in winter. It has a tendency to exudate, a chronic course, and is prone to recurrence. Classification of eczema (1) Acute eczema: The patient feels severe itching, with polymorphic lesions, erythema, papules, papulovesicles or blisters densely packed in patches, easy to exude, with unclear boundaries, and small papules and papulovesicles scattered around, often accompanied by erosion and crusting. If secondary infection occurs, pustules or thick crusts may appear. With proper treatment, the inflammation will be alleviated and the skin lesions may disappear after 2 to 3 weeks, but they often recur and may turn into subacute or chronic eczema. (2) Subacute eczema: After the inflammation of acute eczema is alleviated, severe itching still occurs. The skin lesions are mainly papules, scabs and scales, with a small amount of papulovesicles and mild erosions. If not handled properly, it may cause an acute attack or turn into chronic eczema. (3) Chronic eczema: Chronic eczema often develops due to repeated attacks of acute or subacute eczema. It may also not be obvious at the beginning, but due to frequent scratching, friction or other stimulation, it may become chronic eczema at the onset. It manifests as infiltration and hypertrophy of the skin in the affected area, a rough surface, dark red or pigmentation, and the lesions are mostly localized plaques, commonly found on the hands, feet, calves, elbows, breasts, vulva, anus, etc., with clear edges. The course of the disease is chronic, lasting for months or years, or it may occur acutely due to stimulation. It is recommended that you consider going to a regular dermatology hospital for treatment, and the doctor will prescribe medication for you. |
