1. Use milk to wash away wine stains

When fruit juice or red wine splashes onto white clothes, first soak them in milk or wipe them with boiled milk, especially white cotton and linen clothes, and then use detergent for normal washing.

2. Use salt to wash away wine stains

To remove red wine stains, first spray water, then sprinkle a little salt, and press lightly with your hands. Allow the salt to absorb the wine stains, shake off the salt, and then wash as usual.

3. Use toothpaste to remove wine stains

Toothpaste is suitable for cleaning light-colored clothes, especially white clothes. First, apply toothpaste to the red wine area, wait for a few minutes, and then rinse with clean water. If the red wine stain is still visible, add some dishwashing liquid or laundry detergent and wash with warm water.

9. Soak with baking soda and water to remove wine stains

Soak the red wine stained part of the white clothes in hot water at about 60℃, take it out after a while, sprinkle a small amount of alkali powder and an equal amount of laundry detergent on it, and rub it with your hands. Then, rinse with clean water and wash again with detergent.

You can also soak the stained area with shampoo, then dilute white vinegar with water, dip a brush in the solution and gently scrub it, and the red wine stains can be removed.

10. Use disinfectant or bleach to remove wine stains

Most households have disinfectant products similar to 84 disinfectant, which contain strong oxidizing ingredients that can oxidize pigments and achieve a bleaching effect. The bleaching effect of disinfectant is not very strong and is more suitable for washing clothes. If you don’t have disinfectant, you can buy special clothing bleach.
