Why is my face fatter than my weight

The weight of many people has not changed much, but it is very obvious on their faces. Some people are not fat physically but their faces are fat. The fat face may be caused by mild edema or by eating some swelling-prone foods recently, which will make the face look fatter. As long as you massage properly and eat more foods that promote metabolism, the problem will gradually be alleviated.

Reason 1 for fat face: Facial edema . Poor circulation of blood and lymph will weaken the water metabolism ability, causing waste water to accumulate in the body and resulting in edema of the face and eyelids. Rescue strategies: 1. Maintain adequate and regular sleep, with the height of the pillow being higher than the position of the heart when lying on your back;

2. Do not eat salty food or drink alcohol two hours before going to bed; 3. Soak in warm water at about 40℃ for more than 20 minutes every day; 4. Eat more diuretic and potassium-containing foods, such as beans, spinach, bananas, watermelons, sweet potatoes, etc., to reduce water retention in the body; 5. Strengthen muscles and eat more foods rich in vitamin E and iron, such as green vegetables, soy products, germ foods, etc., to promote blood circulation; 6. Massage frequently to stimulate facial circulation and eliminate edema.

Reason 2 for a fat face: Fat accumulation . The cheeks are round, fleshy and firm, and the facial contours are unclear, like a round and fat bread. It is a real fat face. The accumulation of subcutaneous fat in the cheeks and the decline of facial muscles are the causes of facial obesity and unclear contours. Rescue strategy: 1. Try to maintain a healthy posture with your head up, chest out, and high spirits, talk more, and communicate with the outside world through facial expressions. 2. Do some simple facial exercises frequently. For example, open your mouth fully and say "fish", "yi", "xi", "woo", "wah" several times, and repeat expressions such as grinning, pouting, and puffing up your cheeks. 3. Eat more stem and leaf vegetables rich in crude fiber, and chew food slowly when eating to exercise the elasticity of facial muscles. 4. Apply or wash your face with alternating hot and cold water every day to reduce cellulite. 5. Raise your head, lower your head, turn your head sideways and rotate your head horizontally several times every day to get rid of the fat around your chin.
