Minimally invasive interventional treatment of hepatic hemangioma

Minimally invasive interventional treatment of hepatic hemangioma

Minimally invasive interventional technology is an emerging technology developed mainly for the treatment of internal tumors in the body. Unlike the original surgery, it does not require surgery, anesthesia injection, etc. Minimally invasive interventional treatment of tumors does not leave obvious scars and does not cause much pain, so it is more popular among patients. Hepatic hemangioma is not a malignant tumor, so there is no need to worry too much. After minimally invasive surgery, just pay more attention to your lifestyle habits.

1. Liver hemangioma 5 cm. Relatively speaking, it is large. It is possible to have surgery. Gaining weight doesn't seem to have much to do with this disease. It is recommended to strengthen physical exercise in daily life. Eat less meat and drink less alcohol. Eat a balanced diet. Lose weight.

2. The minimally invasive treatment of hepatic hemangioma is relatively effective. There is no need to perform surgery on the patient's abdomen. A special needle can be directly inserted through the abdomen through percutaneous puncture, and the medicine in the needle will remain in the hemangioma. Through absorption, the tumor will gradually shrink or even disappear. The operation time is also shorter. After the operation, the patient should rest well, preferably in bed for a week.

3. Hemangioma is a benign tumor of the liver. Small hemangiomas are mostly asymptomatic, while larger hemangiomas may cause swelling and pain in the liver area. Tumors with a diameter of less than 5 cm and no symptoms do not require treatment. Be careful not to do strenuous exercise to prevent hemangioma rupture, and undergo regular checkups and follow-up. If the tumor is larger than 5 cm, interventional treatment is recommended, which is a minimally invasive surgery with quick recovery and good results.

4. Minimally invasive interventional surgery is a new technology specifically designed for the treatment of visceral hemangiomas. In particular, it has unique features for the treatment of hepatic hemangioma, which does not require laparotomy or catheterization. The method is to use a special needle to directly introduce hemangioma-specific drugs through percutaneous puncture in the abdomen under the guidance of Doppler color B-ultrasound, so that the hemangioma on the liver absorbs the drugs and gradually ossifies and shrinks until it disappears.

5. Minimally invasive interventional treatment of hemangioma has now become the preferred treatment method. There will no longer be large-area liver defects, massive bleeding during surgery, multiple postoperative complications, slow postoperative recovery, long hospitalization period, and patient intolerance. It has the advantages of being minimally invasive, leaving no scars, and having a definite therapeutic effect. For the treatment of hemangioma, surgery is still the first choice, and complete resection is better. Pathological histological examination after resection is helpful for diagnosis and classification. If interventional treatment is adopted, the trauma will be relatively small.

6. For general hemangioma treatment, local injection of drugs, laser and other treatment methods can be used. If the hemangioma is relatively large, interventional treatment can be performed. In other words, the blood vessels left by the nutrient vessels are blocked by drugs, causing the hemangioma to become necrotic and then fall off.
