The black whiskers in the wart

The black whiskers in the wart

Plantar warts are caused by a viral infection and can be transmitted through tiny breaks in the skin, causing them to become more and more common. Because the soles of the feet are subjected to stress every day, coupled with the friction of shoes, plantar warts are very easy to be self-infected; and because there is a thick stratum corneum on the friction surface, walking is painful. After removing the surface stratum corneum of plantar warts, small black bleeding spots can be seen. These bleeding spots are caused by the capillaries of the extended dermal papilla being compressed, and a small amount of blood extravasated and coagulated to form small black spots. They are not caused by viral infection.

Treatment

1. Local treatment: laser or freezing. Most of the services use this method. It is a physical treatment and is prone to recurrence.

2. Surgical treatment: The keratin layer of plantar warts is removed by excision or corrosion. It is a physical treatment and is prone to recurrence.

3. Main treatment: Use wart removal ointment for treatment, which is thorough, painless, non-irritating and will not recur.

4. Western medicine treatment: There is currently no professional Western medicine for the treatment of plantar warts. Generally, you can apply some antiviral and bactericidal skin medicine for a long period of time.

5. Combine Chinese and Western medicine for treatment: Soak the affected area with antiviral liquid, then apply antiviral medicine, and repeat every day.

6. Diet therapy: Eat porridge with coix seed, but be persistent.

7. The pathogen of plantar warts is human papillomavirus. There is a layer of hard keratin on the surface and they are generally multiple. It is best to use Quyouling to allow the warts to fall off naturally and kill the virus. Job's tears can improve the body's immunity. With improved immunity, warts may heal themselves.

8. If you button the black one out, it will bleed! So be careful! After clipping, it is recommended to apply pain-relieving and anti-inflammatory ointment three to four times a day!
