If an allergy occurs after bandaging the injury with gauze, then this is a local allergic symptom and there is itching. In this case, you can apply anti-allergic ointment externally. To remove the allergen irritation, you can apply Bencao Yangke or Wuji ointment externally. Pay attention to a light diet and avoid all kinds of irritating factors. Clean and disinfect the external injury well to avoid infection.

Contact dermatitis is an inflammatory reaction of the skin and mucous membranes due to contact with external substances, such as chemical fiber clothing, cosmetics, drugs, etc. Its clinical characteristics are clear-cut damage at the contact site. In mild cases, there are edema erythema, and in more severe cases, there are papules, pimples and even large scars. In more severe cases, there may be epidermal loosening and even necrosis.

Guidance: Use soothing, anti-inflammatory, antipruritic and anti-allergic drugs for external use and oral administration. If necessary, add corticosteroids and select antibiotics for oral administration.

1. General treatment: find the cause, avoid contact with condensable substances, and actively treat the symptoms.

2. Antihistamines: Chlorpheniramine, Cetirizine, Claritin, etc. can be used.

3. Corticosteroids: For patients with generalized disease, short-term use of prednisone, dexamethasone orally, hydrocortisone, and dexamethasone intravenously can be used.

4. Other treatments: For secondary infection, add corresponding antibiotics. For severe itching, 10% calcium gluconate injection 10 ml intravenous injection can be used once a day for 3 to 5 consecutive days.
