How to treat HPV56 positive

Infection with the HPV virus is one of the causes of cervical cancer, but not all HPV virus infections will lead to cervical cancer. For infections of this disease, immune regulation treatment should be adopted, and cervical-related examinations should be carried out once a year. In daily life, special attention should be paid to the hygiene of the cervix, especially sexual life, so as not to aggravate the condition, affect the health of the body, and prevent the development of the disease. So how should an HPV58 positive case be treated?

HPV stands for human papillomavirus . A positive HPV test indicates benign lesions such as genital warts, or the occurrence of high-grade cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and cervical cancer. There is currently no specific medicine for this, and treatment mainly focuses on enhancing the body's resistance. If the cervical cell smear biopsy suggests adverse lesions, no treatment is required. Just check the cervical cell smear once a year and pay attention to sexual hygiene on a daily basis.

HPV56 is positive . I don’t know if you have done TCT or biopsy on your cervix. If you have, it is just cervicitis, which can be treated with anti-HPV virus treatment. If there is CIN, it depends on the grade of CIN. CIN is the abbreviation of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia. In pathological examination, it mainly means atypical hyperplasia of cervical tissue, which can also be called precancerous lesions of cervical cancer. Atypical hyperplasia is manifested as proliferation of the underlying cells. The underlying cells not only proliferate, but also have disordered cell arrangement and nuclear heterogeneity changes such as enlarged and darkly stained nuclei and uneven chromatin distribution. Atypical hyperplasia can be divided into mild, moderate and severe.

① Mild atypical hyperplasia (anaplastic grade I) : Epithelial cells are slightly disordered, cells are slightly atypia, and atypical epithelium occupies the lower third of the epithelial layer

② Moderate atypical hyperplasia (anaplastic grade II) : epithelial cells are arranged in disorder, with obvious atypia, and the atypical epithelium occupies the lower two-thirds of the epithelial layer

③ Severe atypical hyperplasia (anaplastic grade III) : Almost all epithelial polarity is disordered or disappears, and the cells are significantly atypia and difficult to distinguish from carcinoma in situ. For those diagnosed with CIN grade I, temporarily treat it as inflammation, follow up with scrapings every 3 to 6 months, and re-biopsy if necessary. If the lesion persists, continue to observe. For those confirmed as CIN grade II, electric ironing, laser, freezing or cervical conization should be used for treatment, and follow up every 3 to 6 months after surgery. For those diagnosed with CIN grade III, hysterectomy is recommended. It is recommended that you choose the appropriate treatment method under the guidance of a doctor. You should treat it now, and then go for a follow-up examination. Maybe the treatment will be cured, so don't worry too much. Early detection and early treatment are very effective
