Yellow peel fruit Jiangping Town is the main production area of kumquats, and the Jianglong Brigade in the town has the largest planting area. Almost every household grows kumquats, with as few as one or two trees and as many as dozens. July and August every year is the season when kumquats mature. The branches are full of yellow fruits, which make you drool before you even eat them. 3. Star Anise Star anise can be harvested twice a year. The fresh fruit is pink-green and turns brown-red after drying. The one harvested in autumn is called big red star anise. The fruit is plump, the yield is high, and it is top quality. The fruit harvested in spring is called four-season fruit, which has low yield and poor quality. The fruits that are not harvested in time and fall off after being dried are called dry branch star anise. They have low commercial quality but high oil content. The best star anise is when its color is brown-red, bright and shiny, the grains are large and full, and the eyes are fully opened (the cracks on the edges of the pods are large so that the grains inside the pods can be seen), and the star anise is complete and not broken. 4. Green Tea Dongxing Green Tea is famous for its high and lasting fragrance, clear soup, green leaves and mellow taste.
