3. Exhaust : During colonoscopy and treatment, a certain amount of gas needs to be injected, which may cause abdominal distension and discomfort. At this time, you should go to the toilet to exhaust gas naturally to relieve abdominal distension. Do not press the abdomen, which may cause intestinal perforation or bleeding.

4. Exercise : Anesthetized patients are not allowed to drive on the day of anesthesia. They should mainly rest and carry out their daily life and work. They are not allowed to do strenuous exercise or heavy physical exercise within 2 weeks.

5. Emotion : Maintain a good mood. Excessive worry or excitement can easily induce intestinal dysfunction, leading to perforation or bleeding.

6. Medication : Patients taking oral anticoagulants should stop taking them for 2 weeks after surgery. Other medications for other diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, and coronary heart disease should be taken as usual.

7. Observation : If you have fever, abdominal pain, bloody stool, etc., seek medical attention promptly and describe the situation truthfully. If complications occur, they must be dealt with promptly to minimize the damage.
