Uses of white gasoline

Uses of white gasoline

White gasoline has a wide range of uses. It can be mainly used in various oils such as gasoline and kerosene. It can be used as a chemical component and fuel. Therefore, you must pay attention to the fact that white gasoline is dangerous. Try not to touch it casually. If you accidentally inhale it into the body, there may be a risk of poisoning, which will cause great impact on human organs.

Main Applications

Main uses: It can separate a variety of organic raw materials, such as gasoline, benzene, kerosene, asphalt, etc.

Naphtha is a light oil product obtained by distilling crude oil or cutting the corresponding fractions from secondary processing of petroleum. Its boiling point range depends on needs, usually a wider distillation range, such as 30-220℃.

Naphtha is an important raw material for producing ethylene and propylene by cracking in tubular furnaces and for producing benzene, toluene and xylene by catalytic reforming. As a cracking raw material, the content of alkanes and cycloalkanes in naphtha is required to be no less than 70% (volume);

When used as a catalytic reforming feedstock to produce high-octane gasoline components, the feed is a wide fraction with a boiling point range of 80-180°C. When used to produce aromatics, the feed is a narrow fraction with a boiling point range of 60-165°C.

The boiling range of light straight-run naphtha commonly used abroad is 0-100°C, and the boiling range of heavy straight-run naphtha is 100-200°C;

Catalytic cracking naphtha comes in three types: light, medium and heavy, with temperatures of <105°C, 105-160°C and 160-200°C.

Actual connection: Since the market price of naphtha is much lower than that of unleaded gasoline for vehicles (the price difference per ton is 600-1200 yuan), the use of naphtha and petrochemical additives to blend unleaded gasoline for vehicles has become an important way for private petrochemical companies to increase profits from refined oil products.

my country's crude oil is heavy and the supply of naphtha is very tight. Ethylene units, reforming units and naphtha hydrogen production units are competing for raw materials.

There are hazards

Ingestion: In a production environment, it is unlikely to enter the human body through this route. Ingestion of larger doses can cause nausea, vomiting, anesthesia, weakness, dizziness, shallow breathing, abdominal distension, loss of consciousness and convulsions, and central nervous system depression may occur.

Eye contact: The substance may irritate eyes and cause inflammatory reactions in case of prolonged contact. Repeated prolonged exposure may cause conjunctivitis.

Skin Contact: The liquid is irritating to the skin and can cause dermatitis. The substance may aggravate pre-existing skin diseases.
