Over a long period of time, the lack of water makes it more difficult to excrete from the body! So are there any good ways to deal with this? Drink more water every day, preferably a glass on an empty stomach in the morning. You should also eat more fruits, such as lemons and oranges. Lemon is afraid of sourness, so you can cut it into slices, add honey and water to drink. Do not use boiling water, only warm water.

Increase the intake of vegetables and fruits rich in fiber, and eat more whole grains. Constipation may also be related to an imbalance of flora in your intestines. If you have trouble defecating what you eat and your intestines are slow to move, this means that there are very few probiotics in your intestines. A healthy intestine must have a vibrant team of beneficial bacteria. Eat more fruits and vegetables, yogurt and edible Zangling Stachyose to increase nutrition for the beneficial bacteria in the body. Daily consumption of Zangling Stachyose is also a good dietary therapy for constipation.

Increasing the amount of water you drink and the proportion of dietary fiber and actively exercising are the rules for fighting constipation, helping to clean up intestinal waste and making bowel movements effortless. People with poor gastrointestinal health and constipation problems must develop the habit of drinking more water, especially drinking a glass of warm water on an empty stomach early in the morning, which helps defecation. Eat more high-fiber fruits and vegetables on a regular basis. Bananas and celery are very good choices. High-fiber foods can promote gastrointestinal motility and thus promote defecation.

Develop good bowel habits and have regular bowel movements. It may not be easy to have a bowel movement at the beginning, but if you insist on having regular bowel movements, you will see good results. If you feel the urge to defecate, do it immediately and don't hold it in. This will not help relieve constipation. Keep a good mood, control negative emotions, don't get angry easily, avoid overwork, pay attention to rest, and don't stay up late. Do some exercise and don't lie down immediately after dinner.
