How to train your eyes

How to train your eyes

When we praise a person's eyes, we always say that his eyes seem to speak, watery and lively. In fact, this is related to the eyes. For people in the workplace, it is very important to train their eyes. The look in the eyes represents one's reaction at that moment. Happiness, anger, sorrow and joy can all be expressed with the eyes. To train your eyes, you can start with basic eye movements and proceed step by step.

How to develop a pair of “eyes that can speak”?

First of all, let us understand what is eye contact? The word "eyes" alone seems too mysterious.

Elements of eye contact:

A. Direction of eye movement - looking straight ahead, squinting, looking up, looking down, rolling the eyes, etc.

B The size of eyelid and pupil opening - wide eyelids and wide pupils indicate happiness, joy, and surprise; wide eyelids and small pupils indicate anger and hatred; small eyelids and wide pupils indicate appreciation, happiness, and lust; small eyelids and small pupils indicate calculation and cunning.

C The speed of blinking eyes - fast, confusion, mischievousness, childishness, energy, novelty; slow, deep, sophisticated, steady, trustworthy.

D Degree of eye concentration - focused, serious, and thinking; distracted, indifferent, and dull; wavering and absent-minded.

E The length of gaze duration: long, affection, liking, appreciation, attention, doubt; short, contempt, disgust, fear, and coquettishness.

1. Stare: Relax your whole body and be highly focused but not nervous. Stare at a point in the distance, the smaller the better. Concentrate your eyes and stare at the point without blinking. Keep your eyes wide open. At first your eyes will be sore and you will tear up. You must endure and overcome it. It will be normal after a few days. The time limit is 10 minutes. You can control it yourself. Practice for 10 minutes before moving on to the next step. End of the exercise: Relax your eyes for a moment, then stand naturally, rub your hands together to warm them up and massage your eye sockets.

2. Turn: Keep your head still, roll your eyeballs upward to the extreme, and then turn clockwise 9 times, then counterclockwise 9 times. Many people will feel dizzy and uncomfortable when they first start practicing. You need to adapt slowly. After you get used to it, you can practice the next step: First stare at a target for a few minutes, then slowly turn your head. Pay attention to staring at it and not losing sight of the target. The head moves clockwise from small to large with the neck as the axis. The eyes always stare at the target without blinking. The speed can be from slow to fast. You can go slowly at the beginning, and then speed up after you become proficient. Then turn counterclockwise 9 times. When you finish the exercise, you should carefully massage the acupuncture points around the eye sockets. You can rub your hands to warm them up and press the eye sockets with your hollow palms to simmer the eyes with heat.

3. Chasing: Based on the above method, you can practice this method at any time. Stare at mosquitoes and birds with your eyes wide open and track their flight paths. Practice this method for a long time.

4. Provocation: Drop a small and light object at the same height as the eyes, let it swing and lightly hit the eyes, while I stare at it without being startled or afraid, staring at its trajectory, and I will not blink when it hits my eyes. This is the first step, and then you can ask a partner to wear boxing gloves to attack you. You do not fight back, and he focuses on hitting your head, but does not use force. You stare at his fist, and when each punch is an inch in front of your eyes, you suddenly react, or dodge or block. It is not easy to do at the beginning.

Pay attention to the relaxation of the eyes after long-term practice.
