4. Baking food function: Put the food to be baked into the pot. For example, if you want to roast chicken or duck, you can put an aluminum grate in the pot, and then turn on the heat switch. During the baking process, use a spatula to turn the food over appropriately to avoid uneven baking. After baking, turn off the switch and unplug the power supply.

5. Electric rice cooker function: Put appropriate amount of rice and water into the pot, plug in the power, turn on the switch, press the automatic button and the indicator light will light up, indicating that the pot has started to heat up the rice. After a certain period of time, the indicator light will go out, which means that the rice is basically cooked, but do not open the pot to eat it. It tastes better if you open the pot and eat it after 15-20 minutes. If the cooked rice cannot be eaten temporarily, the keep warm program will be automatically executed. Under this function, the indicator light of the electric cooker will light up intermittently. If you do not want automatic keep warm, please turn off the switch.

How to use an electric hot pot

1. Frying: When frying food, you can use 1300W, 1600W, and 2100W. For example, if you need to fry tofu with a high fire, you can use 2100W. It takes 60 minutes to fry 5kg of tofu, and the power consumption per kg is 0.42 degrees.

2. Steaming: You can steam up to 20 layers of steamed buns at the same time. First turn on the full power of 2100W, add about 3Kg of water, and steam 5 layers at a time, with 10 steamed buns on each layer, each weighing 2 taels. When steam comes up from the top layer, turn off the 800W switch, leaving 1300W. Steam for 20 minutes and it consumes 0.9 degrees of electricity.

3. Stew: To stew rice, first turn on the total power to 2100W, add water and boil, then reduce to 800W. Turn off the power after cooking for about 5 minutes, and simmer for 20 minutes using the residual heat. For example, 1 kg of rice and 1.4 kg of water consume 0.26 kWh of electricity.

4. Cook: When cooking dumplings, place an empty steamer rack on the pot to prevent boiling water from overflowing. First turn on the total power to 2100W, bring the water to a boil, put the dumplings in, stir them, cover the pot, and cook for 3-5 minutes after boiling.

5. Stir-frying: When stir-frying, use 2100W for rapid fire; 500W, 800W, 1300W, or 1600W can be used for slow fire.

6. Frying: When making pancakes, preheat at 2100W for 1-2 minutes, then reduce to 800W.

7. Hot pot: Turn on all the switches, and 8-10 people can have hot pot at the same time.
