Types of coffee makers

As people's living standards improve, they pay more and more attention to refined life. Coffee was originally a beverage that Westerners drank more. In recent years, many people in my country have become more and more fond of drinking coffee. It is also a pursuit of quality of life. When drinking coffee, there are many types of coffee pots to choose from. The most common ones are siphon coffee pots, drip coffee pots, and mocha coffee pots.

Types of coffee makers

1. Siphon coffee pot: The siphon coffee pot has two glass balls on the top and bottom and an alcohol lamp at the bottom, and it looks very much like a chemical experiment tool. The meticulousness and patience required to make coffee with this coffee pot really requires a bit of the professionalism of doing experiments. A siphon coffee pot is made by adding hot water to the lower hemisphere, adding coffee powder to the upper hemisphere, and lighting an alcohol lamp. After the water boils, the water in the lower hemisphere rises to the upper hemisphere. Use the stirring stick to gently stir to fully mix the water and coffee powder. After heating for a while, turn off the heat, filter the coffee liquid in the upper hemisphere and drip it into the lower hemisphere, and the coffee is ready. Features: The process is full of fun, and you can also appreciate the process of coffee tempering, which can enhance the atmosphere of drinking coffee. During the brewing process, the temperature can be accurately maintained between 91 and 95 degrees Celsius. The coffee brewed in this way is not only fragrant and non-bitter, but also has a personal flavor.

2. Drip coffee pot (Long Er uses this kind of coffee pot): Drip coffee pot may be the most commonly used method of making coffee because it is simple and convenient. The operation of an electric drip coffee machine is very simple. Just add the required amount of water into the water tank, put the filter paper into the funnel-shaped filter, put the coffee powder into the filter paper, turn on the power switch, and a pot of homemade rich coffee will be ready in a short while. Features: Convenient and fast, without losing the fun and rich taste of brewing coffee.

3. Mocha coffee pot Italian mocha pot, also known as "stovetop fragrant coffee". The Mocha coffee pot looks very beautiful. Put water in the lower pot and coffee powder in the middle filter. Put the pot on the heating device and cook it directly. In this way, you can make coffee with a strong espresso flavor within one minute. Features: It has a rich aroma and strong bitterness, with a thin layer of coffee oil on the surface, which is the source of the attractive aroma of Italian coffee.
