1) Shoulder and neck pain - People with "wealth bags" generally have tension and stiffness in the shoulders and cervical spine, and often feel soreness and discomfort in the shoulders and neck, and even numbness in the back, shoulders and arms.

2) Precursor of cerebral infarction - "Wealth hump" may compress the arteries of the cervical spine, affecting blood supply to the brain and causing symptoms such as dizziness, blurred vision, forgetfulness, insomnia, etc. These may be precursors to cerebral infarction!

1. Don’t look down at your phone for a long time

The human head weighs about 5kg. When you lower your head to look at your phone, your head usually tilts forward at a 60° angle. Due to gravity and physical leverage, the cervical spine and neck muscles have to bear a weight of more than 25kg.

2. The computer screen in the office should not be lower than the eyes

If the computer screen is placed too low, your head will unconsciously lean forward while you work, so it is best to use a book or a stand to raise the screen. When sitting upright, the top line of the screen should be at eye level or slightly lower by 15 to 30 degrees.

3. Choose a pillow with the right height

When you sleep, a pillow of the right height can relax your cervical vertebrae and neck muscles, otherwise it will aggravate the strain. You can put a candy pillow under your neck to keep the cervical spine in its normal physiological curvature.

4. Exercise your cervical spine more

Staying in one posture for too long will naturally cause soreness and discomfort in the neck muscles. Moving your neck and body more often and going out to bask in the sun can help prevent cervical degeneration.

4 ways to eliminate the rich bag

Pay attention to your body posture at ordinary times, and try to avoid hunching your back, tilting your head forward, etc. You can also do some simple exercises, which may help eliminate the “wealth bags”.

1) Retract your head, tuck in your chin, and stretch your arms backward. You can feel your shoulder blades tighten and your shoulders relax. Hold for 15 seconds and repeat 6 times.

2) Lean your back against the wall, with your heels and buttocks close to the wall. Tuck your chin in, and keep your earlobes, shoulder blades, and hip joints in a vertical line.

3) Use a foam roller to relax your back. Use your feet and the foam roller as support, with your hips suspended in the air, use your waist and abdominal muscles to press your upper body onto the foam roller and relax your back muscles. If you want to be lazy, just lie down and let a friend roll your back with a foam roller, which is also very effective.

4) “Wealth hump” is caused by bowing your head for a long time. To eliminate it, you have to learn to “raise your head”. Lie prone first, place your hands on both sides of your body, raise your head while exhaling, and slowly lift your upper body, hold for 10 seconds and then let your body return to the ground, repeat 15 times.
