There are two major differences between formula milk and pure milk: First, the milk content is different: pure milk is required to contain 100% milk, while formula milk is required to contain no less than 80%; The second is the difference in ingredients: pure milk requires that no other substances be added and it is 100% cow's milk, while formula milk, in addition to more than 80% raw cow's milk, can be added with other raw materials, food additives, nutritional fortifiers, etc. The food safety standards have clear requirements for the protein content in pasteurized milk, sterilized milk and formula milk, which are: pasteurized milk and sterilized milk ≥ 2.9 (2.9g/100g); formula milk ≥ 2.3 (2.3g/100g). However, in the nutritional composition table of some formula milk, it can be seen that the protein content of formula milk is not lower than that of pure milk. Dairy products include liquid milk, milk powder and other dairy products. Liquid milk includes pasteurized milk, sterilized milk, formula milk and fermented milk.
