Wash the green garlic and chili peppers, chop them together, put them in a bowl, add light soy sauce and mix evenly to make a sauce. 4. Coat each rib evenly with a layer of breadcrumbs and squeeze them firmly with your hands to ensure that the breadcrumbs are tightly attached to the outside of the ribs. Then lift them up and shake off the excess crumbs on the outer layer. 5. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. When it is 40% hot, put the ribs in. Heat slowly over low heat and fry for 8 minutes. When the surface turns golden brown, remove from the pan and drain the oil. 6. Finally, pour the sauce on the ribs. Characteristics of garlic powder The characteristic of garlic powder is that it has a mellow garlic flavor, but there is no trace of garlic. In my opinion, the biggest advantage is that it is not easy to get burnt when frying, unlike adding fresh minced garlic. It is easier to control the oil temperature and heat than adding garlic powder. But one thing is, when using garlic powder to marinate ribs, chicken wings and other ingredients, do not put too much garlic powder, otherwise the finished dish will be a bit bitter.
