Qi and blood problems occur more and more frequently in human life. Qi and blood problems can lead to many serious consequences. Generally, after the treatment is over, you should still pay attention to your body, because qi and blood problems cannot be cured, such as controlling diet and correcting bad habits. Qi and blood problems are a kind of disease that can occur at any time. Some people will get angry when replenishing qi and blood, so how to replenish qi and blood without getting angry? 1. Food supplement: Red dates and longan soup, replenishes qi and blood. 2. Prescriptions: Bazhen Decoction (Sijunzi Decoction plus Siwu Decoction), Shiquan Dabu Decoction (Bazhen Decoction plus Astragalus and cinnamon), Renshen Yangrong Decoction (Angelica, Codonopsis, White Peony, Atractylodes, Poria, Rehmannia, Rhizoma Licorice, Astragalus, Cinnamon, Schisandra, Polygala, Tangerine Peel, Ginger, Jujube), etc. 3. Traditional Chinese medicine: The most suitable preparation for nourishing deficiency is decoction, which is one of the traditional dosage forms of Chinese medicine. It has nourishing properties, sweet taste, high concentration, small volume, easy to store, easy to take, and has good nourishing effect. In terms of seasons, there are four seasons in a year: spring, summer, autumn and winter. Winter is the season for hibernation and the climate is cold. Deficiency symptoms will worsen or relapse, so it is more appropriate to take tonic paste. To make a nourishing ointment, the first thing to do is to choose a prescription according to your symptoms, depending on whether you are suffering from qi deficiency, blood deficiency, or both qi and blood deficiency, and then choose the prescription introduced above. To be on the safe side, it is best to ask a local Chinese medicine practitioner to select prescriptions and prescribe medicines, and the medicinal materials must be clean and authentic. The quality of Chinese medicinal materials varies greatly, so you should choose the best ones. The specific production method has the following four steps: 1. Decoction: Place the medicinal materials in a casserole or stainless steel pot (avoid using iron pot or copper pot), add cold water and soak for 4-8 hours. Because tonic medicines contain a lot of protein and carbohydrates, soaking can allow water molecules to penetrate into the interior of the medicinal materials and increase the extraction rate of active ingredients. The level of the first decoction should be 2-3 fingers higher than the medicinal materials. First, heat over low heat to preheat the herbs, then increase the heat (high heat) until boiling, then switch to low heat and simmer for 1 hour. Filter out after 1 hour, add water for the second decoction, first boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat, and filter out after another 1 hour. Since the amount of medicine used in the ointment is large, a third decoction is required to fully dissolve the effective ingredients. The third decoction is also done over high heat first and then low heat, and it can be filtered out half an hour after boiling. After the medicinal materials are decocted three times, their internal tissues expand and contain more medicinal juice. Therefore, the residues should be put into a coarse cloth bag and squeezed on a pressing bed. It would be better if there is a plate and frame filter press. Mix the squeezed medicinal juice with the medicinal juice filtered three times and filter it clean with a suitable filter. 2. Put the concentrated and filtered medicinal juice into a pot and heat it to concentrate it. When the solution is concentrated, foam will be produced. If you want to make it into a paste, you should skim off the foam. Stir constantly during the heating process to prevent the bottom from charring. When it is concentrated to a thick paste, take a small amount and drop it on filter paper for inspection. When there is no trace of water seepage, it is called a clear paste. 3. Refining Honey: Put an appropriate amount of honey (usually twice the amount of clear paste) into the pot. Heat over low heat, and after boiling, use a copper sieve to continuously remove dead bees and foam. Continue refining until the color turns brown and there is an aroma. 4. To collect the paste, mix the above-mentioned clear paste with refined honey, stir evenly, then refine it slightly and remove the foam. At this time, you still need to stir constantly to prevent the bottom from being scorched. According to experience, use the paste board to lift the concentrated paste in the pot to a horizontal surface for 5-10 seconds (the room temperature must not be lower than 5°C), then turn the paste board to a 90° right angle. If the paste flows down in small thin flakes, it means that the paste has been collected successfully. Chinese medicine calls this "pulling the big flag", and then it can be stored in a magnetic jar. |
