Effects of phospholipid vitamin E capsules

Phospholipid vitamin E capsules are health products mainly made from soybeans, grains, and malt. They have strong health benefits of regulating blood lipids and delaying aging. However, they are usually very beneficial for absorption and are also very popular among people. The main ingredients include many types, and regular use has a very obvious effect on improving skin wrinkles, so you can use it occasionally.

Main Ingredients

Phospholipids are important components of biological membranes and are characterized by producing a mixture of fatty acids and phosphoric acid after hydrolysis. Phospholipids are divided into phosphoglycerides and sphingomyelin according to their main chain structure. It is abundant in the brain, egg cells, liver and soybean seeds of humans and animals.

1. The main chain of phosphoglycerides is glycerol-3-phosphate. The other two hydroxyl groups in the glycerol molecule are esterified with fatty acids. The phosphoglyceride group can be esterified with various small molecular compounds with different structures to form various phosphoglycerides. The phospholipids that are present in higher concentrations in the body are phosphatidylcholine (lecithin), phosphatidylethanolamine (cephalin), phosphatidylserine, phosphatidylglycerol, diphosphatidylglycerol (cardiolipin) and phosphatidylinositol. Each phospholipid can have several types depending on the fatty acids it makes up.

From the molecular structure, we can see that the central atom of the glycerol molecule is asymmetric. Therefore, they have different stereo configurations. Naturally occurring phosphoglycerides all have the same general chemical configuration. Following chemical conventions, these molecules can be represented using two-dimensional projections. The configurations of D- and L-phosphoglyceraldehyde are determined based on their X-ray crystal diffraction results. Right-handed is D-type, left-handed is L-type. The stereochemical configuration and naming of phosphoglycerides were inferred from this.

2. Sphingomyelin Sphingomyelin is a phospholipid containing sphingosine or dihydrosphingosine. Its molecule does not contain glycerol. It is a molecule of fatty acid connected to the amino group of sphingosine by an amide bond. Sphingosine or dihydrosphingosine is an amino diol with a long aliphatic chain.

It has a hydrophobic tail consisting of a long-chain aliphatic hydrocarbon group and a polar head consisting of two hydroxyl groups and one amino group.

Sphingomyelin contains phosphoric acid, and its terminal hydrocarbon substituent is choline phosphate ethanolamine. The most abundant sphingomyelin in the human body is sphingomyelin, which is composed of sphingosine, fatty acids and choline phosphate. Sphingomyelin is an important phospholipid that constitutes biological membranes. It often coexists with lecithin on the outside of the cell membrane.

Function Introduction

Phospholipids are lipid compounds containing phospholipid roots and are the basic substances of life. The cell membrane is composed of 4

It is composed of about 0% protein and about 50% lipids (mainly phospholipids). It is composed of lecithin, inositol phospholipids, cephalin and so on. These phospholipids play corresponding functions in various parts and organs of the human body.

Phospholipids are present in all cells of the human body and are the basic substances for maintaining life activities. Phospholipids play an important role in activating cells, maintaining metabolism, basal metabolism and balanced hormone secretion, and enhancing the body's immunity and regeneration. In general, the basic functions of phospholipids are: enhance brain power, calm nerves, balance endocrine, improve immunity and regeneration, detoxify and promote diuresis, cleanse blood, beautify skin, maintain youthfulness and delay aging.
