What to do if coconut oil solidifies

Coconut oil is increasingly recognized in our lives. Beauty, skin care, healthy diet and other aspects are beginning to warmly recommend coconut oil. Coconut oil is easy to solidify under low temperatures. For friends who don’t know the relevant situation, everyone is concerned about how to effectively deal with solidified coconut oil. Let’s talk about what to do if coconut oil solidifies.

Coconut oil is obtained from coconut meat (dried). Its English name is coconut oil from cocos nucifera. Its CAS number is 8001-31-8. It is white or light yellow fat. Coconut meat (dried) contains 65%-74% oil and 4%-7% moisture. Coconut trees grow on islands or along the coasts of continents in tropical areas. The main production areas in my country are Hainan Province, Leizhou Peninsula, Yunnan Province and the southern part of Taiwan Province.

Coconut oil is a very, very lovely product. It contains 50% of the lauric acid in breast milk and is a saturated medium-chain fatty acid. Because of this, it is special in that it appears liquid at temperatures above 24°, and will quietly turn into a milky white solid at temperatures below that. At room temperature of around 24°C, coconut oil placed in the same place will also show different degrees of the current situation. There is no need to worry. This is the characteristic of coconut oil. As long as it encounters a little temperature, it will melt into a crystal clear liquid at different times. You can put coconut oil in the palm of your hand to feel the speed at which it changes from solid to liquid. You will find that it melts quickly in your hand.

In fact, there are many ways to defrost coconut oil. Here are two simple and easy-to-understand methods that anyone can use:

1. Prepare a glass bowl that matches the coconut oil bottle and fill it with warm water, then place it in the bowl for about 10 minutes. Note: Due to the special molecular structure of coconut oil, in order to keep the nutrients in it, it is recommended that you do not heat it above 55°

2. The design of the Coconut Fragrance coconut oil bottle is very user-friendly and practical. The bottle is easy to carry and of moderate size. If coconut oil solidifies in winter, you can just cover it with your hands for about 10 minutes and it will melt immediately. Solidified coconut oil is by no means an obstacle to your beauty!

Coconut oil skin care should be used properly and according to your own situation. Don’t use it blindly!
