1. Enoki mushroom + clams

Clams contain vitamin B1-degrading enzyme, which will destroy the vitamin B1 in enoki mushrooms and cause nutrient loss.

2. Enoki mushroom + high calcium food

Enoki mushrooms are rich in nutrients, but they cannot be eaten with high-calcium foods such as milk. Many people are taking calcium supplements. We all know that the absorption of calcium requires the participation of vitamin D, and vitamin D is limited in the human body. People who take calcium supplements often need additional vitamin D.
