4 Adverse reactions

Occasionally, symptoms such as palpitations, heart palpitations, and dizziness may occur. 5 Precautions (1) Do not infuse too quickly. Doses above 150 mg should be infused over 90 minutes.

(2) If you experience palpitations or nausea during the infusion, you should stop taking the medication. The symptoms will disappear on their own after stopping the medication.

Pharmacokinetics: Cyclic adenosine phosphate meglumine enters the human body with a half-life of 60 to 150 minutes in the blood. Due to its good hydrophilicity, especially its strong lipid solubility, it can easily penetrate lipid-soluble cell membranes into myocardial cells to exert its effects. It is decomposed into 5-AMP by phosphodiesterase, and then degraded into adenosine and phosphate by 5-AMP. Cyclic adenosine phosphate meglumine begins to work 10 to 20 minutes after administration, with the peak effect time being 1 to 2 hours and the drug effect disappearing time being 6 to 8 hours.
