1. Generally, soak it with a dilute ammonia solution made by mixing 1 part 10% ammonia with 10 parts water, and then use a cotton ball dipped in this liquid to wipe until it is clean. If there are still residues after washing, which means it is not clean, you need to wipe it with a 3% hydrogen peroxide solution and then rinse it with clean water until it is clean.

If there are darker tea stains on light-colored wool and silk fabrics, use a cotton ball dipped in warm (35 degrees Celsius) glycerin to wipe until removed; you can also soak it in gasoline to remove all grease on the stains, and then wipe it with a 10% ammonia solution. The ratio of ammonia to water should be 1:5. When the tea stains on silk fabrics are difficult to remove, you can use a glycerol ammonia solution made of 1 part ammonia water (10%), 20 parts glycerol and 20 parts water, and wipe it with a cotton ball.

3. Lightly sprinkle a layer of salt on the tea stains. After ten minutes, take a basin of hot water and a piece of soap and soak the clothes in the water for five minutes. After five minutes, rub and wash as you normally would clothes, and the tea stains will be completely gone.

5. Squeeze fresh lemon juice and drop it on the tea stains, rub it repeatedly, and then wash it with laundry detergent. Or you can gently rub the tea stains with a little vinegar, and then wash them with laundry detergent.

Benefits of drinking black tea

Black tea is rich in carotene, vitamin A, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, potassium, caffeine, isoleucine, leucine, lysine, glutamic acid, alanine, aspartic acid and other nutrients.

Black tea can help gastrointestinal digestion, promote appetite, act as a diuretic, eliminate edema, and strengthen heart function. The "rich flavonoids in black tea can eliminate free radicals, have an antioxidant effect, and reduce the incidence of myocardial infarction. According to traditional Chinese medicine, tea can be divided into cold and hot. For example, green tea is bitter and cold, suitable for drinking in summer to relieve heat; black tea and Pu'er tea are warm and more suitable for drinking in winter. As for oolong tea, Tieguanyin, etc., they are relatively neutral.

Black tea can help regulate blood sugar, but there is still no definite conclusion. People whose stomachs are easily upset in winter and who feel uncomfortable after eating too much iced fruits and vegetables can add brown sugar and ginger slices to black tea and drink it slowly while it is warm. This has the effect of nourishing the stomach and will make the body more comfortable, but drinking iced black tea is not recommended.

The caffeine in black tea excites the nerve center by stimulating the cerebral cortex, which helps to refresh the mind and concentrate the thinking, thus making the thinking reaction more acute and the memory stronger; it also has a stimulating effect on the vascular system and the heart, strengthening the heartbeat, thereby speeding up the blood circulation to facilitate metabolism, while promoting sweating and diuresis, thereby accelerating the excretion of lactic acid (a substance that makes muscles feel tired) and other old waste substances in the body to achieve the effect of eliminating fatigue.
