How to remove tea stains from clothes

How to remove tea stains from clothes

If clothes are accidentally stained with tea, they should be washed immediately. It is relatively easy to clean when they are just stained. For example, you can rinse them with hot water, which can effectively remove the tea stains on clothes. If they are left for a long time, you can also add enzyme laundry detergent or use baking soda to wash them carefully. In addition, using vinegar is also a good method, which has the effect of neutralizing acids and alkalis.

1: Scrub with hot water

Tea stains that have just been stained can be scrubbed with hot water at 75℃ ~ 85℃. Because the water temperature is very hot, you can wear gloves during the process.

2: Ammonia + glycerol mixture

For old tea stains on clothes, you can use a mixture of ammonia and glycerin (1:10) to rub and wash.

3. Salt

Salt is a good helper for both new and old tea stains. For old tea stains, you can soak the clothes in salt water. For new tea stains, sprinkle salt on the stained area, let it sit for ten minutes, and then scrub with soap until it is clean.

4: Glycerin + egg yolk

Prepare a bottle of glycerin solvent and an egg, take out the egg yolk, and evenly apply the egg yolk and glycerin solvent on the tea stains on the clothes. After the solvent dries slightly, rinse the clothes with clean water.

5: Glycerin + Borax

Or apply glycerin to the stain, sprinkle a few grains of borax on it, and soak it in boiling water.

6. Lemon juice

Squeeze fresh lemon juice, drop it on the tea stains, rub it repeatedly, and then wash it with laundry detergent.

7: Oxalic acid

Buy a dime worth of oxalic acid from a chemical store. Wash the black marks with it and then use edible alkali to wash it. Rinse with clean water.

8. Toothpaste

Tea stains on clothes can be washed off with toothpaste. If the area is large, soak it for a few minutes and then wash it with toothpaste.

9: Enzyme laundry detergent

Soak the stained clothes with detergent dissolved in water, then wash them normally. Rinse the clothes with clean water after the mark disappears.

10. Baking Soda

Dissolve baking soda in water, put the dyed light-colored clothes in and soak them for about 30 minutes, then take out the clothes and wash them dry.

Just clean.

11. Vinegar

Gently rub a little vinegar on the tea stains, then wash with laundry detergent.

12:84 Disinfectant

For white clothes, soak them in a little 84 disinfectant for 5-8 minutes and then wash them with whitening soap.
