[Ingredients ] 24 grams of dried Rehmannia, 12 grams of Dioscorea (i.e. yam), 12 grams of Cornus officinalis, 9 grams of Poria, 9 grams of Alisma, 9 grams of Moutan bark, 3 grams of cinnamon twig, and 3 grams of cooked Aconite.

[Dosage and Administration] Grind the above ingredients into fine powder, mix with refined honey and make into pills as big as sycamore seeds. Take 15 pills (6 grams) each time, wash it down with wine, increase to 20 pills, 3 times each time. Modern usage: Take 9 grams each time, 2 to 3 times a day, with warm water or light salt soup. Concentrated Nine: Take 8 capsules 2 to 3 times a day with warm water or light salt soup. Or make it into decoction, reducing the dosage according to the original recipe.
