Running at night will not make your skin darker. It can speed up blood circulation, sweat and detoxify, which is good for the skin.

First of all, the body temperature rises naturally at night, so you won’t feel cold, and it’s easier to completely relax your limbs, making it suitable for aerobic exercise.

Secondly, after sweating after running at night, you can take a shower. You still need to take a shower before going to bed anyway, so you can kill two birds with one stone. If you run in the morning, you will be exhausted and have to go home to take a shower, and then go to work or school, which will affect your normal life that day.

Again, there is the sun during the day and the ultraviolet rays tan the skin, which is something even preschoolers understand. There is the moon at night, but I have never heard that the moon can tan people, at least I haven’t heard of it.

Finally, running is an aerobic exercise. It is recommended to exercise in places with good air quality and avoid running on roads with too busy traffic. The air pressure drops at night, and harmful substances such as lead are easily precipitated in places close to the ground. If inhaled into the body during exercise, it will be very detrimental to health. It is recommended to run in places with green plants, take a reasonable rest after exercise, and then take a shower and replenish salt.

I don’t know if running outdoors at night is good for your skin, but I can tell you responsibly that as long as you are not exposed to ultraviolet rays or have genetic mutations and skin cancer and other diseases, you will definitely not get darker. Remember to wash with facial cleanser, twice a day is enough!
