As we all know, meridians are of vital importance to the human body. They are the various nerves that control the muscles. They are distributed in the body like a network. Their main function is to circulate Qi and blood in the body, regulate human functions, and connect various organs and tissues. When the meridians of the human body are blocked, the body will experience various uncomfortable symptoms, such as: various touch sensations, pain, cold and heat, etc.; or cramps, paralysis, and in severe cases it can directly lead to paralysis. 1. The Ren Meridian is located in the front of the chest, and if it is blocked, the heart, spleen, and stomach will function; it is connected to the breast and uterus, and if it is blocked, one will become an old man;

2. The Governor Vessel is located in the spine, overseeing the flow of Qi and blood; the Governor Vessel Palace of the five internal organs corresponds to the bending pain in the corresponding area;

3. The gallbladder meridian overlaps with the trouser line, secretion disorder changes nerves; lethargy, sweating, fatigue, armpit swelling, back of the head pain; lymph node inflammation, local fat, blurred vision, yellow eyesight and hyperplasia;

9. The large intestine meridian in the axilla of the index finger, the outer side of the arm belongs to the yang meridian; it is controlled by the digestive nerves, it can cause pain in the abdomen; constipation, dry mouth, shoulder and neck pain, body heat, hemorrhoids and headache;

10. The chest to the thumb is the lung meridian, and the inner side of the arm is the yin meridian; respiratory immunity is under control, dehydration leads to sensitive nasal congestion; hot sweating leads to acne on the back, dry phlegm leads to sore throat; cold leads to chills and emptiness in the body;

12. The small intestine meridian in the little finger shoulder socket, the outer side of the arm belongs to the yang meridian; it is controlled by the digestive nerve, and the ear area will hurt; abdominal distension before menstruation, back pain from the shoulder blade to the back;

13. The heart meridian from the chest to the middle finger, the inner side of the arm belongs to the Yin meridian; secretion and circulation control, circulation difference vascular disease; fast heartbeat and constipation, irritability, red eyes and upper limb pain;

14. The innominate to shoulder triple burner meridian, the outer side of the arm belongs to the yang meridian; it controls secretion and circulation, and can cause decreased immunity and depression; fatigue can lead to chronic diseases.
