Pears are high in sugar, so pregnant women with gestational diabetes should be careful when eating pears.

Babies can drink pear juice and eat pear paste from the fourth month. Some babies will have mild diarrhea when eating pears, so in addition to adding a small amount the first time, you should also observe the baby's reaction after eating the pear.

1. It is especially suitable for people with thick or no phlegm in cough, itchy and dry throat, chronic bronchitis, tuberculosis, hypertension, heart disease, hepatitis, cirrhosis, and those who have been drinking or have been hungover.

2. Patients with chronic enteritis, cold stomach disease and diabetes should avoid eating raw pears.
