How to process frozen sea cucumbers

Step 1 : When processing frozen sea cucumbers, it should be done before the sea cucumbers are completely melted, which is the so-called caesarean section. Also, it is necessary to avoid exposing the sea cucumbers to the air for too long, as this may cause the sea cucumbers to melt.

Step 2 : The next step is to process the sea cucumber's internal organs. When processing, you need to cut off the sea cucumber's sand mouth because it contains a certain amount of sand, but when processing, leave the white part inside the sea cucumber.

Step 3 : When processing sea cucumbers, they should be cleaned several times to ensure healthy consumption.

Step 4 : Then take out the cleaned sea cucumber, dry the water in it, and then put the sea cucumber in the pressure cooker. Remember not to put water in the pressure cooker, because the sea cucumber itself contains a lot of water. After the heating treatment, a lot of water will appear, so there is no need to add water in it. And it should be noted that the amount of sea cucumber put in should not exceed half of the volume of the pressure cooker, because if there is more, it will produce a lot of "saliva", which will seriously affect the taste of the sea cucumber.

Step 5 : Then cover the lid of the pressure cooker and heat it over medium heat. After it is cooked, wait for a while before opening the pressure cooker, usually about fifteen minutes.

Step six : After waiting for the gas in the pressure cooker to be completely released, you can take out the sea cucumber and clean it again. You should do the cleaning several times. Generally, it takes more than ten times. Then soak the sea cucumber in water for one day, and change the water several times in the middle.

Step 7 : After the sea cucumbers are soaked, the processing is basically completed. The frozen sea cucumbers can now be directly processed as food.
