How to control nosebleed

How to control nosebleed

We have all had nosebleeds since childhood. Children are more prone to nosebleeds. If nosebleeds occur occasionally or are mild, they are usually caused by excessive fire. Usually no treatment is needed and the nosebleed will stop quickly. If the nosebleeds are frequent or the amount of nosebleeds is large and difficult to stop, you should go to the hospital to check the cause to see what causes the nosebleed. Only by finding the cause can you better control the nosebleed. Frequent nosebleeds are very harmful to the body.

If you do not seek medical attention for nosebleeds in time, it can cause serious consequences. The causes of frequent nosebleeds are very complicated. Of course, this is not just due to occasional inflammation. Here are some of the reasons:

1. Caused by trauma;

2. Caused by heat;

3. Caused by rupture of capillaries in the front part of the nasal septum;

4. Inflammation of the granulation tissue inside the nose; 5. Caused by other diseases.

2. How to prevent nosebleeds :

1. Nosebleeds are very likely to occur in winter and summer. In winter, the weather is dry and the body easily loses water, causing dryness and thus getting inflamed, which can cause nosebleeds. Therefore, you need to drink more water and drink some herbal tea in winter to prevent nosebleeds. In summer, the weather is hot and humid and eating hot foods can easily cause getting inflamed. It is recommended to drink more water, make some cool soups, and eat less inflamed foods.

2. Eat more vegetables and fruits, eat less spicy food, drink more water, and eat less high-calorie food. This can avoid getting angry and suffering from nosebleeds.

3. Some nosebleeds are caused by trauma. For this kind of reason, it is best to see a Chinese medicine doctor to further check the specific cause and prescribe the right medicine.

4. You can supplement appropriate amounts of vitamins A, B, and C on a regular basis.

5. Moisturize your nasal cavity more often: When the nasal cavity is dry, you can use peppermint ointment, paraffin oil, glycerin nose drops, or wipe the nasal cavity with a cotton ball dipped in clean water.

6. Develop good hygiene habits and do not pick your nose with your fingers.

7. Control strenuous activities, such as playing basketball, which can easily injure the nose and cause more serious nasal trauma.

3. Notes :

The above are general measures to prevent nosebleeds. If you develop good living habits and try to do the above points, perhaps you can stay away from this trouble. Of course, the causes of nosebleeds are very complicated. Patients must actively choose a regular and professional hospital to find out the cause of nosebleeds and receive active treatment if necessary.
