However, because the soap just made is highly alkaline and has a high water content, it needs to mature for 3 to 4 weeks before it can be used.

Third, thermal method

The hot process uses heat to accelerate saponification. The advantage is that it does not require a 3-4 week maturation period. The disadvantage is that the soap is not as delicate as that made by the cold process, and the essence of the oil is easily lost through high temperature production.

Fourth, regeneration soap making method
