1. Red bean porridge: 30-50g of red beans, boil until half cooked, add 100g of polished rice and cook together. It is best to eat it lightly, and you can also add sugar to taste. It has the effects of strengthening the spleen and stomach, clearing away heat, detoxifying, promoting diuresis, reducing swelling, and promoting lactation. It is suitable for edema, lower limb dampness, difficulty urinating, loose stools, obesity, and insufficient milk after childbirth.

2. Cook 100g of mung beans until the bean skin cracks, add 50g of polished rice, cook porridge together, add appropriate amount of sugar for seasoning and eat. It has the effects of clearing away heat and detoxification, quenching thirst and relieving restlessness, promoting diuresis and clearing swelling. It is suitable for summer heat and thirst, sores, boils, high fever and thirst, urinary problems, food poisoning, and prevention of heatstroke. This product can be used as a refreshing drink in summer. Note: It is not suitable for people with kidney deficiency, weak body, emaciation, frequent urination at night, spleen and stomach deficiency and diarrhea.

3. Winter melon and coix seed soup: 500-600g of winter melon (without peeling), 50-100g of coix seed, cook together. Add sugar or salt to taste, drink instead of tea, it has the effects of clearing heat, relieving summer heat, diuresis, and removing dampness. It is suitable for sores, furuncle, prickly heat, eczema, athlete's foot, yellow and red urine and scanty urine.

4. Pulsatilla and Job's tears porridge: Ingredients: 20g pulsatilla, 25g Job's tears, 50g rice. Method: Boil pulsatilla in water and remove the residue, then cook the juice with Job's tears and rice into porridge. Function: clear heat, detoxify, and discharge pus.

5. Gypsum horn cake: Ingredients: 60g gypsum, 60g buffalo horn powder, 10g rhizome of Anemarrhena, 15g moutan bark, 15g isatis indigotica, 200g flour, appropriate amount of crystal sugar. Method: Boil gypsum, buffalo horn powder, Anemarrhena, moutan bark, isatis indigotica in water for 30 minutes, remove the residue and keep the juice, add appropriate amount of crystal sugar, fry for a while until dissolved. After cooling, mix the juice with the dough, and make pancakes in the usual way, divided into 2-3 servings. Function: clearing away heat and detoxification, cooling blood and removing spots.

6. Daqing senna tea: Ingredients: Daqing 10g, senna 3g, sugar. Function: clearing heat, detoxifying, purging fire and relieving constipation.

7. Dandelion juice: 150g fresh dandelion, 15g sugar. Wash and mash the fresh dandelion, use gauze to collect the juice, add sugar and serve. Take 1 dose per day, divided into 2 doses. It can clear away heat, detoxify, eliminate carbuncle and resolve knots.

2. Drink more tea or light beverages.

3. Eat foods that cool the blood and detoxify. Mung bean, rice, cucumber, bitter gourd, purslane, green tea, etc.

3. What foods should you avoid eating for perioral dermatitis?

1. Avoid irritating foods such as peppers, alcohol, strong tea, coffee, etc., which can aggravate itching and easily make eczema worse or relapse, so they should be avoided.

2. Avoid eating too much sour, alkaline, spicy or fried food.

3. Eat less mangoes and pineapples in daily life, which may also be helpful for patients with perioral dermatitis.
