What are the precautions for facial fat filling

People attach great importance to their faces. If there are some small flaws, they will be very nervous, not to mention that their faces themselves have defects, which is even more intolerable. Especially for female friends, they all love beauty. If their faces look beautiful, they will become more confident. However, many people's faces often look not so full and have some depressions, which makes people look a little fierce. Therefore, you can use autologous fat to fill your facial muscles to make your face look fuller and more three-dimensional. However, before doing this operation, you must take protective measures to avoid bacterial infection.

Precautions

Preoperative

Before the operation, you should communicate fully with the surgeon to let the surgeon understand your characteristics and the purpose of the consultation, and work with the surgeon to develop a personalized surgical plan. You should be fully prepared for the postoperative effects and possible situations, and cooperate with the surgeon to conduct some routine preoperative examinations. Surgery should be performed away from the menstrual period to reduce intraoperative bleeding and postoperative swelling. Personal hygiene should be done well one day before the operation. If there are symptoms of oral or nasal infection, chin augmentation, rhinoplasty and other surgeries should be performed only after recovery.

After surgery

Although facial filler surgeries such as rhinoplasty and chin augmentation are not very traumatic, postoperative care is also important in order to restore natural appearance as quickly as possible. The incisions for facial filler surgery are relatively hidden. After the operation, the incisions need to be coated with antibiotic ointment and not bandaged. There will be a small amount of bleeding, which can be gently wiped off with a sterilized cotton swab. Do not touch the wound with unclean objects to avoid contamination.

On the second day after the operation, it is recommended to use alcohol cotton balls to clean the incision, wipe off the blood scab on the surface of the incision, keep it dry, and wait for it to heal on its own. The stitches can be removed in 5-7 days. After the operation, you should quit smoking and drinking, avoid irritating foods, and drink cold liquids to avoid burns and cracks in the incision. You should be careful to wear framed glasses within one month after rhinoplasty to avoid external forces causing displacement of the nasal prosthesis.

Due to the rich blood circulation in the face, the swelling after trauma is more severe, but it is not painful and subsides quickly. This is related to factors such as rough surgical operation, severe trauma, bleeding, and defective coagulation mechanism of the patient. However, most people do not experience severe swelling after surgery. Generally, it will become more natural in about 10 days, and you can't even tell that you have had a rhinoplasty or other surgery. The recovery progress is slower, and it takes about 2-3 weeks, so your own psychological adjustment during the postoperative recovery period is also very important.
