What is the therapeutic principle of cellular immunotherapy

In recent years, due to the influence of various external environments, the number of people suffering from cancer in my country has increased. The treatment of cancer has always been a common research topic across the country and even the world. There are many treatments for cancer at present, including common surgical operations, chemotherapy, traditional Chinese medicine and dietary conditioning, etc. Currently, the medical community has a new treatment method called cell immunotherapy. The treatment method of cell immunotherapy is usually to remove immune cells from the patient's own body, and then cultivate them in a strict external environment to increase their energy. When they have a certain ability to kill cancer cells, they are then injected into the patient's body to achieve the effect of treating cancer.

Cellular immunotherapy is a method of collecting the body's own immune cells, culturing them in vitro to increase their number thousands of times and enhance their targeted killing function. They are then transfused back into the human body to kill pathogens, cancer cells, and mutated cells in the blood and tissues, break immune tolerance, activate and enhance the body's immune capacity, and have the dual effects of treatment and health care. Cytokine-induced killer cell (CIK) therapy, dendritic cell (DC) therapy, API biological immunotherapy, DC+CIK cell therapy, natural killer cell (NK) therapy, DC-T cell therapy, etc.

Biological cell immunotherapy, also known as cell therapy in biological immune cell therapy, is currently internationally recognized as the liver treatment technology with the most application prospects in biological cell immunotherapy. The specific method of somatic cell therapy is to extract mononuclear cells from the patient's body through scientific and technological means, and use special methods to cultivate them outside the patient's body into dendritic cells (DCs), give them antigenic information that specifically kills viruses, and then increase their number by tens of millions of times, turning them into "cellular missiles" that specifically attack and kill viruses. This special "missile" can accurately "target" the virus and kill it without harming normal liver cells. The DC cells loaded with antigen information are then infused back into the patient's body, where a large number of immune killer cells (CTL) targeting the hepatitis B virus are formed, thereby launching an active and targeted attack on the virus in the blood and liver cells, quickly and accurately killing the virus (including mutated viruses), allowing the patient to recover in a short period of time.

Principle of biological cell immunotherapy

After the virus mutates, the viral e antigen can no longer be produced, so that the e antigen test is negative, but the virus replication still proceeds in secret, making cirrhosis and liver necrosis very likely to occur. In the past, it was impossible to make an accurate diagnosis of viral gene mutations due to lack of detection methods. With the emergence and clinical application of high-throughput viral gene mutation detection systems and combined biochip detection and tracking systems, the diagnosis of the disease will be more accurate and scientific, avoiding misdiagnosis and mistreatment. Clinically proven: the longer the virus is carried, the more likely it is for the virus to mutate; the longer the duration of drug treatment and the more types of drugs used, the more likely the virus to mutate. Somatic cell therapy can effectively kill viruses, enhance immunity, and prevent virus mutation.

Biological cell immunotherapy operation process

1. Use an advanced blood cell separator to collect a certain amount of peripheral mononuclear cells from the patient.

2. In the GMP laboratory, mononuclear cells are separated and placed in culture bottles, and culture medium and cytokines are added to stimulate cell activation and proliferation.

3. After 7 to 14 days of cell culture, the number of cells increases to several hundred to thousands of times the original number, and the immune killing ability increases by 20 to 100 times.

4. On the 7th to 14th day after blood collection, start to transfuse DC and CIK cells.

5. After multiple courses of treatment, the tumor cells in the patient's body can be effectively killed, recovery can be promoted, and the patient's quality of life can be improved.

Six advantages/biological cell immunotherapy

1. The method is simple - no surgery, no chemotherapy, no radiotherapy, the whole process is like an IV drip.

2. Highly targeted - This therapy selects corresponding targeted anti-cancer Chinese medicine for treatment according to the different types, types, stages and physical constitutions of cancer patients. Therefore, the cure rate is high.

3. No toxic side effects - This series of drugs are pure natural Chinese medicinal materials, refined by modern scientific technology. They rarely irritate the gastrointestinal tract and will not damage the hematopoietic function of the bone marrow. They have no toxic side effects and patients can use them boldly.

4. Already included in the medical insurance - the cost of biological treatment has been included in the medical insurance coverage in Wuhan. For the majority of patients and friends, it can reduce a lot of pressure on treatment costs.

5. Quick effect - Generally, patients will see significant effects after one course of medication, with subjective symptom relief and tumor softening and shrinkage. For most cancer patients, the tumor disappears after three courses of medication and the patient recovers. Some patients see results in about 10 days, and a few patients see results within a week.

6. Cure the root cause - Strengthening, anti-cancer and detoxifying therapy can not only kill cancer cells and tumors, but also protect normal cells, increase the number of white blood cells, improve the body's immunity, eliminate the toxins of cancer, cure cancer fundamentally, and prevent recurrence after cure.

Three major effects/biological cell immunotherapy

It has the effects of clearing away heat and detoxifying, killing cancer cells, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, softening and dispersing nodules, resolving phlegm and removing dampness. After treatment, the tumor becomes soft, shrinks, and eventually disappears.

1) Eliminate hydrocephalus - If cancer cells invade the meninges, pleura or peritoneum, it is easy to form hydrocephalus, pleural effusion or ascites.

2) Eliminate cancer tumors, that is, eliminate the tumor. After one course of treatment, the tumor can soften and shrink, and the compression symptoms can be alleviated; after three courses of treatment, the tumors of most patients are significantly reduced, and some patients have the tumors disappear.

3) Relieve cancer pain - When cancer reaches the late stage, or after it has metastasized or spread, it is easy to cause pain symptoms, some of which can even be severe. Anti-cancer Chinese medicine has a good analgesic effect, and some patients can see results in a short period of time. Because it relieves pain by killing cancer cells and eliminating tumors, it is highly effective and thorough.
