6. People with sweaty feet should change at least 2 pairs of socks every day. Also, wash your feet with soap and warm water in the morning and evening. After washing with warm water, soak them in cold water for a while. After washing, dry your feet thoroughly with a towel, apply methanol alcohol or deodorant spray, and then sprinkle some talcum powder to reduce the problem of excessive sweating. What we need to prepare is: dried chili peppers. First, boil a kettle of water, then fill a small basin with cold water. Pour the boiled water into the foot basin. The water temperature should be slightly hot. Now put dried chilies into the warm water! Crush about 5 dried chilies and soak them in water. Bring them into the living room and put the kettle next to it. Soaking your feet in warm water while watching TV is also a good choice! But you should pay attention to the water temperature at this time. If you feel the water temperature is a bit cold, pour some boiling water into the basin. Be careful not to burn your feet. This method for beautiful feet is to soak your feet in 40 degrees Celsius warm water for about 30 minutes. Dried chili peppers can make your feet heat up quickly, burn leg fat, and accelerate blood circulation. Look, you are sweating after just soaking for a while. After 30 minutes, take your feet out of the warm water, wipe off the chili water on your feet, take out the warm slippers you wear in winter, cover them for another hour, and rub them. Hmm! Skin is so much softer!
