Can numbness in hands and feet be treated with diet therapy?

Many people often experience joint pain in their hands and feet, weakness in the limbs, and in severe cases, numbness in the hands and feet. Folk remedy 1: Old loofah soup.

Take 50 grams of old loofah tendons, boil them into a bowl of soup and drink it once, twice a day, for 1 week, it is very effective.

Folk remedy 2: Mulberry leaf foot bath.

Use an appropriate amount of frosted mulberry leaves, dry them, then use a casserole to add an appropriate amount of water and boil them, take out the mulberry leaves, and soak your hands and feet for 15 minutes while they are hot. Take twice a day, usually effective in 3 days.

Folk remedy 3: Steamed black fungus with honey.

Take 50 grams of black fungus, 50 grams of honey, and 25 grams of brown sugar. Wash the fungus and put it in a bowl. Mix it with honey and brown sugar. Steam it in a pot and eat. Take it in 3 days.

Folk remedy 4: Peppercorn juice.

Take 300 grams of fresh peppercorns (60 grams of dried peppercorns), add 500 milliliters of water and boil until 200 milliliters are left. Pour into a bowl, place it on the roof in the dew overnight, cover it with a basket, take it out when the sun is about to rise, and serve it cold. Cover yourself with a blanket and sweat, and the disease will usually heal in one time.

Folk remedy 5: Yunnan Baiyao (market price, consultation) wine soak foot bath.

Use 40 grams of Yunnan Baiyao powder. Soak it in 500 ml of white wine (over 50 degrees) and leave it for a day and night. When using, soak the affected limb in the medicinal wine and rub it repeatedly until the skin becomes warm. Repeat twice a day for 30 minutes each time. Perform treatment at noon when the Yang energy is strong and at midnight when the Yin energy is strong. 15 days constitutes a course of treatment. 500 ml of medicinal wine can be used for one course of treatment. During the treatment, avoid eating greasy, cold and sour foods, avoid wading through cold water and avoid overwork.

Folk remedy 6: Foot bath with Chinese medicine Lulutong.

Take 15 grams each of Pittosporum tobira bark, cinnamon twig, turmeric, angelica dahurica, pubescens, turpentine, Rhizoma Smilacis Glabrae, Herba Ligustici Urticae, Safflower, and Angelica sinensis, add water and white wine, boil and filter the decoction. Soak your numb hands or feet in hot water twice a day.

Folk remedy 7: Astragalus, Angelica and lean meat soup.

Use 50 grams of lean meat, 30 grams of astragalus, 10 grams of angelica, 3 grams of Panax notoginseng, and 3 dates. Stew together and drink. Astragalus and Angelica have the effects of replenishing qi, nourishing blood, and promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis. This prescription is suitable for patients with post-stroke symptoms such as soft limbs, numbness of hands and feet, and qi deficiency and blood stasis.
