② Mothers who are both HBsAg and HBeAg positive are highly contagious for hepatitis B virus (HBV), and simple vaccination is often ineffective. Therefore, double blocking of HBV infection should be adopted, that is, while giving the newborn the HBV vaccine, the high-efficiency anti-HBV immunoglobulin (HBIG) should be injected. This method of preventing HBV infection can significantly increase the blocking rate of HBV infection, because HBIG can kill the virus that has entered the newborn's body during delivery.

③ Reduce the mother's viremia to prevent hepatitis B virus infection. Give hepatitis B virus antiviral treatment to HBsAg-positive women before they become pregnant to reduce the viral content. Or give appropriate hepatitis B virus antiviral drugs in the late pregnancy and 2 to 4 weeks before delivery to reduce the viral content. This can reduce the hepatitis B virus infection rate to newborns during delivery, thereby achieving the effect of blocking mother-to-child hepatitis B virus infection.
