1. Peach kernel sesame paste

30 grams of walnut kernels, 20 grams of black sesame seeds, 300 grams of milk, and 200 grams of soy milk.

First, grind the walnut kernels and black sesame seeds in a small mill, mix them with milk and soy milk, put them in a pot and boil them, then add an appropriate amount of white sugar, and eat it for breakfast every day. 2. Pig Kidney and Job's Tears Porridge

Remove the fascia and smell glands of 1 in 1 pig kidney, chop it into pieces, wash it, add 100 grams of peeled and chopped yam, 200 grams of polished rice, 50 grams of coix seed, add appropriate amount of water, cook it into porridge over low heat, add seasonings and eat it in different meals. 3. Peach Blossom Spot Remover Drink

4 grams of peach blossom (dried), 5 grams of wax gourd kernel, and 3 grams of poplar bark.

Put the above 3 ingredients in a cup, brew with boiling water, cover and drink after 10 minutes. Can be brewed repeatedly 3 to 4 times.

4. Blood Activating and Skin Purifying Tea

30 grams each of safflower and tangerine peel, 60 grams each of cassia seed, coix seed, houttuynia cordata, and mugwort.

First, stir-fry the coix seeds and cassia seeds on low heat until they are dry and set aside. Wash the houttuynia cordata, mugwort leaves, and tangerine peel, chop them into pieces, and dry them for later use. Mix safflower with the above-mentioned medicines and save. Take 15 grams of the mixture daily, put it in a cup, and brew it with boiling water. You can brew it repeatedly 3 to 4 times before drinking. It has the effects of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, moisturizing and whitening the skin, removing dark spots, clearing away heat and detoxifying. Suitable for people with facial dark spots and skin dark spots caused by sun exposure.

5. Fruit and vegetable juice for removing spots

Appropriate amounts of coriander, celery, tomatoes, cucumbers, oranges, apples, and honey.

Wash the above vegetables and fruits, cut them into segments and cubes, put them into a juicer, and blend them into juice for drinking. It has the effects of nourishing the skin, removing spots and whitening the skin. Regular consumption can make your skin white, tender, smooth and elastic.
