Before going to bed, lean your legs against the wall at a 90-degree angle with your body. This will help blood circulation and prevent varicose veins. Doing this in the long run will make your calves thinner. Do this for at least thirty minutes each time.

4. Refuse to cross your legs:

Many people like to cross their legs because it is more comfortable. However, it should be noted that this action can easily lead to pelvic deformation and even leg deformities. Therefore, when sitting, keep your legs together and your back straight to help correct your posture.

5. Hyperactivity:

In fact, many obesity problems are caused by long-term sitting. You should have the concept of not sitting if you can stand, and not standing if you can walk. This will allow the body to consume more energy. Only by having good habits can you achieve good results.
