If there is any abnormality in the balance of yin and yang in the body, it can actually have a great impact on health, such as yang excess and yin deficiency. Friends with excessive yang and insufficient yin generally have symptoms such as frequent urination at night, dizziness, tinnitus, chills and so on. Therefore, friends should pay more attention to their physical condition and know how to regulate the condition when excessive yang and insufficient yin occur.

Frequent urination at night

Generally, the number of nocturnal urinations is more than 2 times, or the urine volume exceeds 1/4 of the total daily volume. In severe cases, nocturnal urination occurs once an hour, and the urine volume is close to or exceeds the daytime urine volume. This situation is called "nocturnal polyuria." Urination is normal during the day, but frequent urination at night is caused by weak kidney qi.

Dizziness and tinnitus

The patient will feel dizzy, nauseous and vomiting, and dizziness is often accompanied by tinnitus, which impairs hearing and may even lead to deafness if it continues for a long time. The causes of dizziness and tinnitus are mostly related to the liver and kidneys.

Chills and cold limbs

"Fear of cold and cold limbs" is often accompanied by symptoms such as sore waist and knees, fatigue, shortness of breath and laziness to speak, and a dry mouth without thirst.

asthma

The kidneys have the function of "absorbing air". Because kidney deficiency cannot absorb air, it will cause wheezing and shortness of breath, exhaling more than inhaling, making you feel difficult to breathe freely. In severe cases, asthma may also be accompanied by symptoms such as increased breathing and cold sweats.
