Friends with excessive yang and insufficient yin generally have symptoms such as frequent urination at night, dizziness, tinnitus, chills and so on. Frequent urination at night

Generally, the number of nocturnal urinations is more than 2 times, or the urine volume exceeds 1/4 of the total daily volume. In severe cases, nocturnal urination occurs once an hour, and the urine volume is close to or exceeds the daytime urine volume. This situation is called "nocturnal polyuria." Urination is normal during the day, but frequent urination at night is caused by weak kidney qi.

Dizziness and tinnitus

"Fear of cold and cold limbs" is often accompanied by symptoms such as sore waist and knees, fatigue, shortness of breath and laziness to speak, and a dry mouth without thirst.
