What are the causes of oral blood blisters?

I believe most of my friends have experienced oral blood blisters. Generally speaking, from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine, the cause of this type of disease is mainly due to hyperactivity of heart yang, and this heart yang is the pathological product of symptoms such as getting angry, damp-heat inflammation, etc. in daily life. In addition to these, there are many other reasons that lead to oral blood blisters. Here we have sorted out some of the possible reasons, hoping that you can better understand the causes of oral blood blisters.

1: What are oral blood blisters?

Oral blood blisters, also known as "mouth ulcers", are blood blisters that occur on the oral mucosa. They can range in size from rice grains to soybeans, and are round or oval in shape. The ulcer surface is concave and surrounded by congestion. Pain can be caused by irritating foods and can usually heal on their own in one to two weeks. The prevalence rate in the population is generally believed to be over 10%. It can occur in men, women, young and old, and is most common in young and middle-aged people. Recurrent oral ulcers are a type of localized ulcer lesion of the oral mucosa characterized by periodic recurrence. They can heal on their own and can occur in any part of the oral mucosa. The main symptoms are single or multiple round or oval ulcers of varying sizes occurring on the mucous membranes of the lips, cheeks, soft palate or gums in the mouth. The surface is covered with grayish white or yellow pseudomembranes, with a central depression and clear borders. The surrounding mucosa is red and slightly swollen, and there is local burning pain.

2 Prevention:

Oral ulcers are largely related to personal physical constitution, so it is unlikely to completely avoid their occurrence, but the incidence can still be reduced if the inducing factors are avoided as much as possible.

3. Oral blood blisters:

1. Pay attention to oral hygiene, avoid damaging the oral mucosa, and avoid spicy food and local irritation.

2. Keep a good mood, be optimistic and cheerful, and avoid being bothered and anxious.

3. Ensure adequate sleep time and avoid excessive fatigue.

4. Pay attention to regularity of life and balanced nutrition, develop certain bowel habits and prevent constipation.
