When a man has an erection, his penis becomes thicker and harder. And we all know that those who have sex with women will do some foreplay, and the women's lower body will be wet enough during the period. When a woman's lower body is moistened, it is easier for a man to enter. When women reach sexual arousal, they secrete a lot of lubricating fluid. Some men will also secrete some liquid from the glans after becoming excited. So what is the reason for the clear liquid during erection? This is a normal physiological phenomenon. When a man's penis is erect, the corpus cavernosum swells, pressing on a gland in the penis called the paraurethral gland, causing its secretions to squeeze out and hang at the urethral opening. This secretion is the male's prostatic fluid. It does not contain sperm. Its physiological function is to lubricate the glans and prepare for sexual intercourse. This happens to any man when he is sexually excited and has an erection. During arousal, secretions from different organs converge in the prostate and mix together. Presumably, in men who have no secretion before ejaculation, the uroglomerular glands still produce secretion, but it mixes with the other components of the semen during ejaculation rather than flowing out of the penis beforehand. So the amount of outflow has no special meaning, don't worry. Impotence (erectile dysfunction) is a common phenomenon of male sexual dysfunction, which is mainly manifested by incomplete penile erection and inability to perform sexual intercourse. Cause: The incidence of impotence is closely related to age, and the incidence rate continues to rise with age. Generally speaking, impotence in young people is mainly caused by psychological factors and has a good prognosis. It is more difficult for the elderly to recover due to sexual aging and concurrent physical illnesses. Impotence can be divided into two categories: primary and secondary. The former refers to those who have never had sexual intercourse under any circumstances, regardless of erection. The latter refers to spontaneous erections that may occur during non-sexual activities, such as when waking up from sleep, in a dream, or when the bladder is fully filled, or erectile dysfunction occurs later after having had satisfactory sexual intercourse in the past. Primary impotence may be caused by the combined effects of low libido and anxiety about sexual behavior, while secondary impotence is often caused by decreased libido in middle-aged and elderly people, loss of interest in their spouse, anxiety and other organic diseases. |
