You should strengthen your physical training and lose weight with aerobic exercise. Don't try to lose weight by dieting. You should persist in exercising and not be disinterested. If you can persist in exercising for 21 days in a row, you will get used to and experience the many benefits of exercise for weight loss (especially psychological benefits, which will make you feel very happy). You might as well give it a try.

The diet must be regular, and hunger cannot be uneven, otherwise it will easily cause gastric peristalsis disorder, which in turn will cause hyperfunction of the nerve plexus in the stomach wall, promote the secretion of gastric juice, and over time will cause gastritis or gastric ulcers. Therefore, you should eat at regular times and in regular amounts, and never diet or overeat.
