1. Self-hypnosis: Most patients with neurotic anxiety have sleeping disorders, find it difficult to fall asleep or suddenly wake up from a dream. At this time, you can perform self-suggestion hypnosis. For example, you can count or read a book in your hand to help yourself fall asleep.

2. Self-stimulation: After the onset of neurotic anxiety disorder, patients always have wild thoughts in their minds, are restless, puzzled, and extremely painful. At this time, the patient can use self-stimulation to divert his attention. For example, when you are having wild thoughts, find an interesting and engaging book to read, or engage in strenuous physical labor to forget about the painful things. Self-reflection: Some neurotic anxiety disorders are caused by the patient's suppression of certain emotional experiences or desires, which is suppressed unintentionally, but does not disappear and still lurks in the unconscious, thus causing symptoms. 4. Self-relaxation: that is, to free yourself from tension. For example: When you are in a better mental state, imagine various possible dangerous scenarios and let the weakest scenario appear first. By repeating this process over and over again, you will no longer experience anxiety when you think of any dangerous situation or the entire process. This is when it ends.

5. Increase self-confidence: Self-confidence is a necessary prerequisite for curing neurotic anxiety disorder. Some people who lack self-confidence in themselves doubt their ability to complete and cope with things. They exaggerate the possibility of their failure, and thus become anxious, nervous and fearful.
