(3) Green persimmon cake: 1000 grams of green persimmons and appropriate amount of honey. Remove the stems of green tomatoes, wash them, mash them and squeeze them into juice. Put them in a pot and boil them until thick. Then add 1 times the amount of honey and continue to boil until thick. Remove from heat, cool, and set aside. Take 1 tablespoon twice a day with boiling water for 10 to 15 days. It is mainly used to clear away heat and purge fire, and is used for people who are irritable, impatient, and have hot face. (4) Fritillaria cirrhosa and kelp porridge: 15g each of Fritillaria cirrhosa, kelp and salvia miltiorrhiza, 30g of coix seed, 60g of winter melon and appropriate amount of brown sugar. First boil Fritillaria cirrhosa and Salvia miltiorrhiza into a soup, then remove the residue and add other ingredients to cook into porridge. Take it warm on an empty stomach every morning for 15 to 20 days. Used for swelling of the neck, nausea, and loose stools. (5) Fried bamboo mushrooms and mussels: 15 grams each of bamboo mushrooms and mussels, 30 grams each of oysters, and appropriate amount of brown sugar. Decoction with water and remove the residue. Take 1 dose daily for 7 to 10 days. It has the effects of resolving phlegm and dampness, softening and dispersing lumps. (6) Assorted Tofu: 4 pieces of tofu, 150 grams of tomatoes, 15 grams each of black fungus, winter bamboo shoots, and peas, 9 grams each of wet starch and raw oil, and appropriate amounts of green onions, ginger, salt and other seasonings. |
