1. Depending on the thickness and dryness of the skin lesions, different concentrations of tar ointments or pastes can be selected for external application.

2. For patients with eczema with thin lesions or mild erosion and exudation, tar paste can be used; for patients with dry and thick skin, tar ointment and other treatments can be chosen.

3. For chronic hypertrophic eczema, appropriate concentrations of corticosteroids can be added to tar preparations to achieve better therapeutic effects on eczema.

4. For patients with eczema who have small, stubborn lesions, they can be treated with topical application of hard ointment.

5. If eczema develops secondary bacterial or superficial fungal infection, you can choose some mixed creams or ointments containing antibacterial, antifungal and corticosteroid hormones for external application for treatment.
