What are the external manifestations of hemorrhoids and constipation?

After suffering from hemorrhoids, in addition to easily causing bloody stools, pain, swelling, and itching, there is another obvious symptom, which is that it is easy to cause the patient to suffer from constipation. This is particularly harmful to the patient and can easily cause the symptoms to worsen. When constipated, the patient often has a urge to defecate, but is unable to defecate. For such patients, timely treatment and strengthened dietary conditioning are necessary.

1. Frequent defecation sensation

This is the early symptom characteristic of patients. Patients will discharge a small amount of mucus every day, which is often considered as diarrhea. Some people will use antibiotics or hemostatics for treatment, but the condition becomes more and more serious.

2. Stubborn constipation

Stubborn constipation is also a relatively common symptom. If the bowel movement is too infrequent or the bowel movement is not smooth, the stool will be dry and small. The patient will have 1 to 2 bowel movements a day. The amount and frequency of stool are often affected by the type of food and the environment. Many patients have less than three bowel movements a week, and some even have only one bowel movement every 2 to 4 weeks.

3. Functional constipation

This type of constipation is mainly caused by intestinal dysfunction. The main manifestation is that bowel movements are usually very smooth, but temporary constipation symptoms appear. It usually occurs in people who skip breakfast, eat a lot of excess food, or have picky eaters. In addition, if you are busy at work, do not drink enough water, or your living environment changes, constipation will also occur.

4. Chronic constipation

Chronic pharyngitis is relatively serious. There are usually no obvious symptoms when it occurs, but there will be symptoms such as abdominal distension, loss of appetite, and excessive flatulence. It may also be accompanied by dizziness, headache, and fatigue.

Through the introduction above, everyone should now know the symptoms of constipation. Many people suffer from constipation in daily life. However, everyone’s pathological condition is different. We must take targeted treatment measures based on these different symptoms, so that we can truly achieve the therapeutic effect.
