How to prevent oral stones effectively

How to prevent oral stones effectively

In daily life, dental tartar is a common type of tartar, which is often related to not paying attention to oral hygiene. If dental tartar occurs, you should go to the hospital for treatment in time to clean the tartar thoroughly. In daily life, you must maintain oral hygiene and brush your teeth at least twice a day, morning and evening. You should also pay attention to your diet and not eat too much sweets, especially for children.

1. Brush your teeth

Brushing your teeth in the morning and evening and rinsing your mouth after meals are the most important measures to prevent and treat tartar formation. Use the correct method - vertical brushing to brush your teeth and correct the horizontal brushing method. This not only removes food debris, dental plaque, tartar and dirt, prevents the formation and deposition of tartar, but also massages the gums, promotes blood circulation, and enhances the disease resistance of periodontal tissues.

2. Diet

Reasonable nutrition and a good combination of coarse and fine foods. Eat more crude fiber foods rich in vitamins, such as meat, eggs, various vegetables and fruits, and chew them thoroughly to help clean the tooth surface. Eat less sweets and sticky foods, and don't eat snacks.

3. Oral health check

Have an oral health check every six months and perform full mouth cleaning 2 to 3 times a year to keep the tooth surface and neck area clean at all times.

4. Teeth cleaning

Ultrasonic teeth cleaning is aimed at removing tartar from teeth. Because dental tartar is more likely to cause the accumulation of dental plaque, leading to gingivitis, bleeding gums, and periodontal disease. During the treatment, the calculus on the tooth neck and adjacent surfaces will be removed, and the teeth will also appear whiter. The disadvantages of teeth cleaning include pain, bleeding, a rough tooth surface, and the reappearance of tooth stains and tartar. Regular and safe teeth cleaning is recommended.

5. Tartar dissolving therapy

You can see obvious results by holding it in your mouth, brushing your teeth and rinsing your mouth. It is a painless stone removal product. The principle is that the essence ingredients extracted from plants react with chemical derivatives such as tartar, thereby achieving the effect of dissolving tartar deep into the gums. The tartar falls off and the original gloss of the tooth surface is restored. The dissolved subgingival tartar can be cleaned out by brushing your teeth, and then a layer of protective film can be added to the tooth surface to prevent the tartar from re-attaching easily.

6. Bleach

This method generally uses chemical drugs to bleach the surface of the teeth rather than actual treatment. In fact, it is not advisable. First, it does not achieve the desired treatment effect, and second, it will cause serious damage to the teeth themselves.
